VDC/BIM Coordination

Page Mechanical Group uses the latest technology to create a product that allows the entire project team to collaboratively view and work through the modeling and coordination process in preparation for a clash-free, efficiently constructed environment.

We offer our clients a staff that is not only well-versed in the use and application of the latest technologies of VDC/BIM, but also field-trained and adept in all facets of HVAC and mechanical piping systems. As an integral part of the construction process, our designers take a proactive approach to modeling and coordination, working with project managers, superintendents, foreman, and our in-house fabrication staff. This collaborative approach to coordination ensures project constructability, an uninterrupted schedule, and a seamless process from underground through vertical construction of our systems.

The use of VDC/BIM as a coordination tool, helps to bridge any communication gaps between the corporate office and the field team. Our in-house VDC/BIM Department utilizes the following products and technology to provide the highest quality product for our clients:

  • Autodesk Fabrication MEP
  • Revit MEP
  • Navisworks Manage
  • BIM 360 Glue
  • Trimble Total Station
  • Bluebeam Revu

Efficient VDC/BIM Designing

Great projects start with accurate computer models that have been studied for conflict resolution and efficient design. With a focus on keeping up with technology, our company is providing VDC/BIM modeling for new construction projects to allow for conflict resolution prior to issues arising in the field.

Additionally, we utilize BIM coordination models in our own fabrication facility as the basis of manufacturing components and prefabricated sections of your project – minimizing installation time and saving money.
